2010 TGRA Board of Trustee's Ballot

Click the above link to download and print your ballot. Please read all instructions below or on the ballot!
1.) Print your ballot using the link above.
2.) Cast your votes by placing an X in the appropriate box. Make no other markings, initials or signatures on the ballot.
3.) Place your ballot inside a legal sized envelope and seal it. Make no identifying marks, initials or signatures on the envelope.
4.) Place the 1st envelope, (with your ballot inside it), inside a 2nd envelope.
5.) Place a copy of your Government Issued Photo ID inside the 2nd envelope.
(You may black out anything EXCEPT your name and picture.)
(If your TGRA membership name uses a nick name, please write that name on the photo copy of your ID)
6.) Write your mailing address or email address on the photocopy of your ID.
(So you can be notified in the event that there is a run-off election.)
7.) Seal the 2nd envelope and mail it to:

Your ballot must be received by (not postmarked) by November 21, 2009 in order to be valid!
